Booking Appointments: Please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment to fill out your paperwork. A valid credit card is required to book your appointment. Late cancellations or no shows will be charged in full.
We reserve the right to refuse service if the natural lashes are not healthy enough to hold lash extensions, or lashes that are too damaged by a previous application from a different business. If your lashes are too short or damaged from a different business, we will recommend that you may take a break.
Before Your Appointment: Discontinue the use of heavy creams, lotions and Vaseline around the eye area 48 hrs prior to lash appointment. Arrive to your appointment without any makeup. (No mascara, no eyeliner, and no creams or lotions around the eyes). Shower and wash your face before arrival.
Avoid receiving a lash perm or lash tinting within 48 hrs prior to application appointment.
No caffeine intake prior to application.
During the application please silence your cell phone. Your eyes will be closed for the duration of the appointment.
Do not bring guests to the appointment, the technician must not have interruptions.
Discuss any allergies, irritating eye treatments that you’ve had such as permanent makeup application, chemical peels, etc.

Late Policy: A five minute grace period is given for late appointments and call is required. Any subsequent tardiness is deducted from your appointment which may result in fewer lashes applied if time is not allowed for a complete set or fill. We reserve the right to cancel any appointment for excessive tardiness and a rescheduled time will be offered. (Appointments are scheduled throughout the day. Tardy arrivals do not delay the appointments after yours). 15 minutes late is considered a “no show” and there will be a fee charged which is 100% of the appointment cost. Please be early to all appointments to fill out your paperwork, use the restroom, and silence your cell phone.
Cancellations/No shows: 24 hour cancellation policy for no shows or reschedules. Please note that these calls must be made during our business hours. If no notice is given within 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, your credit card will be charged 100% for the cost of your full set or fill.
All sales are final and once the lash service is complete.
